Participants profile - Environmental experts from Business associations, Chambers of Commerce, Enterprise Europe Network and sectoral or district organisations
Workshops are mainly targeted to business support organisations (SME associations, Enterprise Europe Network contact points, Chambers of Commerce, Agencies for Environmental Services etc), regional and local authorities, but as well to individual SMEs as users. They will help to implement the actions of the ECAP and provide training to contact persons at national, regional or local level in order to enable them to promote the ECAP initiative towards SMEs and fulfil their role as national contact point for SMEs under ECAP. In line with the 'train the trainer' approach, workshop participants are meant to become contact points for other SME support organisations and individual SMEs on ECAP-related issues. If participants agree, their contact details would be published on the ECAP website. Trainer profile - Expert in environmental matters, with experience in training/consultancy projects involving SMEs
